End User License Agreement (EULA) (Last modification: December 2024)


1. License Grant:

ExcGames grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use ExcGames software according to this EULA.


2. Intellectual Property:

All rights, titles, and interests related to the software, including copyrights, are the property of ExcGames. The user does not acquire any ownership rights to the software.


3. Use Restrictions:

The user may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the software. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.


4. Updates and Modifications:

ExcGames may provide updates or modifications to the software at any time. These updates are governed by this EULA.


5. Termination:

ExcGames may terminate this license at any time, without notice, for violation of the terms of this EULA. Upon termination, the user must cease all use of the software.


6. Limitation of Liability:

ExcGames is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.


7. Indemnification:

The user agrees to indemnify and hold ExcGames harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from violation of this EULA or misuse of the software.


8. Data Collection:

By using the software, the user consents that ExcGames may collect and monitor information related to the use of the software to ensure the security and integrity of the games. All data collected will be treated according to our Privacy Policy.


9. Applicable Law:

This EULA is governed by the laws of the country where ExcGames is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.


10. Changes to the EULA:

ExcGames reserves the right to review, amend, or change this EULA at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
